A two-part interview with David Torkington  (www.davidtorkington.com) a spiritual theologian, author and speaker who specializes in prayer, Christian spirituality and mystical theology.

He is the author of several books that have sold more than 300,000 copies in 12 languages. His most recent book is Wisdom from the Christian Mystics: How to pray the Christian way.

The Ottawa parish Annunciation of the Blessed Virgin Mary offered a Lenten School of Prayer this year that read this book together.  The online course he mentions in the interview can be found here.
